Which console does Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes look better on? Konami has recently released a new comparison video to see for yourselves, after revealing earlier this week that the PlayStation 4 version would run at a native resolution of 1080p and the Xbox One at 720p.

You won’t be able to go back to current-gen, says Kojima

So is there a major difference between the next gen versions? Hideo Kojima himself doesn’t think it’s a big deal if there is.

“We have adjusted GZ to have the same impression, gameplay, control, and difficulty level regardless of hardware. However, the reason why I release the prologue w/ next-gen release is so that I want you to see the future of what the next-gen game feels like. Well, once you play with next-gen, it moves smoothly like… butter, you won’t be able to go back to current-gen though.”

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, the prologue to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is due out on March 18th.
