MineCon will hit the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas this November to commemorate the launch of the official full version of Minecraft, and today tickets went on sale for the event. Â The official Minecraft event will be November 18th and 19th and Mojang is offering up a contest for “The Ultimate Fan Experience” for the first 500 registers on the minecon site.
One lucky winner will receive a hotel room at the Mandalay Bay, VIP seating for the keynote addresses, and a meal with the Mojang team. Â Being that Minecraft is extremely popular, and tickets have been on sale for a few hours, these 500 spots may have already been taken, though at the time of this posting the offer is still up on the site.
Team Mojang warns that ticketing will be limited so better get to it if you are planning on going.
