It turns out that the rumors have become truth today at EA’s 2013 Press Conference. Fans got their first look at a next-gen Mirror’s Edge 2, though the publisher did not reveal whether what we saw had come from the Xbox One or PlayStation 4.

As expected, Mirror’s Edge 2 is being developed by DICE, and will use Frostbite 3.

Outside of the bite-sized teaser, no platforms or release dates were announced.
