New Tekken 7 Character Is Named Gigas

A new Tekken 7 character has been announced and his name is Gigas.

During a new livestream, Gigas was revealed as an all-new character in Tekken 7. As you can see from the picture above, he kind of looks like Bane but his skin is red.

Gigas will be available in the arcade version of Tekken 7 from April 28th. Bandai Namco is updating the arcade version of the game constantly. This is a good thing as the eventual console version will feel more complete whenever it comes out.

A small video has been released showcasing Gigas in Tekken 7. He looks massive compared to the other fighters in the game. He’s a character that has lots of powerful strikes and likes to grab a lot too.

Unfortunately, the video of Giga in Tekken 7 was all in Japanese. I wasn’t able to hear any more additional details about the character. Nevertheless, the video speaks for itself. People online already have compared him to Bane.

This is the 6th new character to be added to Tekken 7. The other characters are Katarina Alves, Claudio Serafino, Lucky Chloe, Shaheen, and Josie Rizal. The game now has 24 playable characters, with Kazumi Mishima being the final boss.
