Ready at Dawn has recently taken to the PlayStation Blog to offer fans new details about The Order: 1886.    The game which was revealed earlier this month at E3, The Order is a described as a linear third-person action adventure game with shooting mechanics, as well as being  a “filmic experience” that is “very much story based”.

Ru Weerasuriya of Ready at Dawn offers more insight about the upcoming PS4 exclusive.  When asked about cool features in the game, Weerasuriya explains that the gameplay “is not what you expect”.

“There are gameplay features we’ll be talking about that will be very, very cool.  Right now we’re playing with things – the moment-to-moment gameplay is really not what you might expect.  We didn’t want to make it single-tone, where you rely on one single thing in expense of the rest.”

Weerasuriya also explains that there is some pressure on the developer in making one of the first exclusive titles on the PS4.  From what we’ve seen so far, they’re handling it well.   In case you missed the teaser trailer for The Order: 1886 you can find it below.   For the original interview with Ru Weerasuriya, head here.
