The PlayStation Store is holding another one of its flash sales. Starting today, PS4 owners have until August 6 to log in and see the deals available to them. The games on offer aren’t discounted as heavily as those on offer during one of Steam’s infamous seasonal sales, but there are savings to be had here nonetheless. This is especially true for PlayStation Plus subscribers.

Notable games on offer in this flash sale include Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom for $35.99, Far Cry 5 for $38.99, Resident Evil 7: BioHazard Gold Edition for $$29.99, and Dragon Ball Fighterz – Fighterz Edition for $56.99. These aren’t the only games on offer and there are plenty of movie deals available too. Of course, this is  all just for the flash sale. There are actually two other sales in progress on the PlayStation Store, offering equivalent discounts on even more recent games.

The first of these alternative sales is the PlayStation Plus Double Discounts sale; this one, as the name may imply is only available to those subscribed to PlayStation Plus. The most eye-catching deal available here is that offered for Detroit: Become Human. From now until August 7, PS Plus subscribers can pick the game up for $39.59. For those who either already have the game or aren’t interested, there’s also the likes of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice ($17.99), Onrush ($35.99), and Yakuza 6 ($41.99) to consider. If none of these options sound all that interesting, Sony also has great many smaller games available through their month-long “Totally Digital” sale.

This last sale is perfect for gamers who are looking for more bite-size experiences to fill the space between this year’s major releases. Some noteworthy offers include SOMA ($8.99), Trine Trilogy ($8.99), and Killing Floor: Incursion ($17.99).  This sale lasts until August 28.

Sony has had it’s odd issues lately, but they at least seem committed to making their online service one worth paying attention to. In addition to these sales, August’s selection of free games is rather decent. All in all, August is shaping up to be a good month for PlayStation fans.
