The latest addition to the Pokken Tournament roster has been revealed, and it surprisingly is not who many were expecting. While leaks were suggesting that we were set to be getting Empolean, it turns out that we are instead getting Croagunk.
This was revealed in a recent stream for the game, though some footage from that was captured that you can check out at the bottom of this post. The footage gives us a nice look at his moveset and animations, as well as his quick movement speed.
The last Pokemon to be added to the game was Scizor, which is an evolution from Scyther that was introduced in the Gold and Silver era of the games. You can learn more about him by clicking right here.
Unfortunately, at this time these latest Pokemon additions are exclusive to the arcade versions of the game, as the Wii U version will not be getting them. There’s always the possibility of a new version of the game releasing that could include the newest batch of Pokemon, however.
Check out the footage of Croagunk in action below.
