With Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens breaking records, many fans are eager now to see more movies. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is the next movie on the list and its first trailer might be coming alongside the release of Captain America: Civil War on May 6th.
This is according to an exclusive story posted by Star Wars Times. Their sources claim the first trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will debut with Captain America: Civil War.
It’s possible the trailer might debut before May 6th as Captain America: Civil War is out in other countries a week before it comes to North America. It’s likely Disney could release the trailer around late April or early May much like they did for Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens.
Disney is likely to market the movie the same way Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens was. They were good with the marketing for The Force Awakens by not leaking or spoiling anything. They even didn’t reveal everything in The Force Awakens as more information will be revealed Episode 8.
Not a lot of information has been revealed about Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. All we know about the story is that it’s set before A New Hope showing how the Rebels stole the Death Star plans from The Empire.
