It wasn’t too long ago an eBay seller had the first Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens Black Series Stormtrooper figurine. It appears the figure was real and it will be a Comic Con exclusive.

Thanks to Jedi Insider, they have posted fresh new photos of the Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens Black Series Stormtrooper. Not only is it images of the figure, but it also includes the packaging too.

The Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens Black Series Stormtrooper is from the 6 inch range. Not many details have been posted about it yet, but this special version from Comic Con will be different.

Jedi Insider notes the Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens Black Series Stormtrooper comes with a special booklet. The booklet is called “Evolution of the Stormtrooper”. This may be an indication of how the Stormtroopers evolved over the years.

As Star Wars fans know, Stormtroopers started out as Clone Troopers earlier on. After the clones were inefficient, the Empire recruited real humans. The Empire Strormtroopers are the most famous ones from the original trilogy. The Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens Stormtroopers are slightly different. They’re from the “First Order” faction led by Kylo Ren.

The San Diego Comic Con occurs in July. By then, we might get to see more toys from Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens.
