Fans will finally get the chance to go on Drake’s latest adventure in Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception in mere hours.  With the final discs pressed and likely sitting at your favorite retailer, Naughty Dog has shifted focus to the downloadable content aspect that is soon to follow the release.  Justin Richmond of Naughty Dog recently went on the record to discuss what’s coming for Uncharted 3, after the curtain drops on the single player story of the game.

Richmond told GTTV:

” We have some really cool stuff for DLC this time, even way cooler than what we had for Uncharted 2…there’s one piece of content in particular that I think fans are going to go ballistic for,” Richmond said.  “Because we did so well with multiplayer last time, we kept saying we have to have a plan from the beginning… so we have that this time.  There’s a ton of DLC content that’s coming.”

Naughty Dog has put a much greater emphasis on the multiplayer side of things when it comes to Uncharted 3.  The game was built to keep players invested in the character progression, and DLC should keep fans busy even longer.  You can have a read of our recently released Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception review, or pick up the game tomorrow night at retailers in North America.
