Jimmy Kimmel has debuted the first official trailer for Captain America: Civil War.
Many had thought the trailer would debut alongside Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens next month. However, Disney decided to release the first full trailer today.
X-Men: Apocalypse is the movie that will have its first trailer debut alongside the big Star Wars movie instead.
As for Captain America: Civil War, the trailer starts from where the Ant-Man post credit scene left off. From there, we get an idea of why Steve Rogers and Tony Stark come to blows.
The trailer is very Captain America centric. We only see glimpses of the other characters from the movie. There is a bit of footage of The Winter Soldier, Falcon, Black Widow and Iron Man. The rest of the characters aren’t shown that much.
Another thing worth mentioning is that the trailer does not show any footage of Spider-Man yet. Disney is likely going to not show him until the movie comes out. This is similar to how they are not showing anything on Luke Skywalker too.
Captain America: Civil Wars releases in North American cinemas from May 6th. You can watch the full trailer now below.
