Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently shared some surprising details about President Trump’s eating habits. He said he doesn’t know how the president is alive given his “unhinged” diet. It’s unusual to hear the person in charge of the nation’s health express such shock over what the president eats.
According to NDTV, RFK Jr. talked about the president’s diet during a recent podcast. He said Trump often eats “really bad food,” pointing to McDonald’s and candy as examples. Kennedy also said the president drinks Diet Coke “at all times.” When traveling with Trump, Kennedy noted it seems like “he’s just pumping himself full of poison all day long.”
The constant intake of sugar and caffeine would normally cause major energy crashes. But somehow, the president manages to keep up with his demanding schedule despite this diet. What makes this situation even more strange is that Trump’s physical health seems to completely go against his food choices.
Trump’s health defies his junk food diet
Despite eating junk food regularly, Kennedy said the president has the “constitution of a deity.” He admitted, “I don’t know how he’s alive, but he is.” RFK Jr. also said he’s amazed the president can walk around, “much less being the most energetic person, you know, any of us have ever met.”
According to Kennedy, Trump has a reason for eating this way. The president says he only eats junk food when he’s traveling. He prefers food from big corporations because he trusts the quality and doesn’t want to risk getting sick while campaigning or working. This comes as the administration faces scrutiny over how Trump officials handle various situations.
Medical evidence appears to support claims that the president is in great shape. Kennedy said he thinks Trump actually eats pretty good food most of the time, noting “He’s got incredible health.” Kennedy mentioned findings from Dr. Mehmet Oz, who looked at Trump’s medical records.
According to Kennedy, Dr. Oz said the president has the highest testosterone level he has ever seen for someone over 70 years old. Kennedy joked that he knew Trump would be happy for him to share that detail.
The White House confirmed Trump’s excellent health last month. They released details from an MRI scan done by his physician, Sean Barbabella, which showed the president was in “excellent health.” The memo said his heart and blood vessels were in excellent condition, his abdominal imaging was normal, and “all major organs appear very healthy and well-perfused.”
These are top results, especially since Trump will turn 80 in June, making him the oldest person ever sworn into office. Meanwhile, Trump’s aggressive stance on Greenland continues to make headlines in international politics.
