A viral video is exposing the incredibly questionable steak topping that Longhorn Steakhouse calls “love butter,” and honestly, the name alone is enough to ruin your appetite. It wasn’t sticky, but watery, which somehow made the whole situation look even weirder.

One person who identified themselves as a cook at the restaurant shared a hilarious anecdote about the internal confusion. “Pleaseee im a cook at a longhorn i promise its just a lemon butter basting sauce we put on the steaks and pork chops but when i first got hired and they told me to ‘love the steaks’ and handed me that i was very much confused,” they wrote.
