Woman accuses California dad of trafficking his 6-year-old daughter because their skin colors didn’t match

A father in San Jose recently faced a bizarre and distressing confrontation while walking with his 6-year-old daughter. The incident, which was captured on video and shared on TikTok, involved a woman who reportedly accused the man of sex trafficking based solely on the fact that their skin colors did not match. 

As reported by the NY Post, woman reportedly initiated the interaction by ranting at the pair from her passenger-side window. During the exchange, she claimed to work with federal authorities, though this assertion remains entirely unverified. She told the father, “I’m recording you too. I work with the feds. Have a good day.” Despite those words, she did not leave the scene. Instead, she continued to berate the man and his daughter.

The woman explicitly stated her reasoning for the harassment during the video. She said, “I’m just making sure that you’re not sex trafficking this poor little girl who’s very unhappy to be with you and doesn’t look like you.” She further remarked, “That’s a white little girl and you are a man of color. So I believe you are either buying or selling or trafficking this child.”

The situation escalated as the woman continued to record the pair. She made claims about federal technology, telling the father, “I’m recording you too. We’ve got facial recognition.” She also questioned whether the man was legally in the country. After briefly driving away, she returned to subject them to a strange religious tirade. She told them, “Psalm 1018. My daily test will be to ferret out the wicked and free the city of God from their grave. Burn in hell you will.”

The father confirmed that he reported the incident to the San Jose police. The woman seen in the video has not been identified, and her claims regarding her professional status with the federal government have not been substantiated. The footage has since sparked significant conversation on Reddit, where many users expressed disbelief at the woman’s actions.

One user on Reddit commented on the contradiction in the woman’s behavior, noting, “If she really thought the child was in danger, why’d she drive away? Sounds like she just wanted to spout off on a minority.” Another user questioned the logic behind the accusations, stating, “How much bulls  do you have to consume to jump to such a ridiculous, warped-mind conclusion?”
