Techland posted the video found above to their Dying Light YouTube channel yesterday. Entitled ‘Dying Light Around The World’, the video shows off the game’s international coverage from 2013.
They visited 14 cities, in 11 countries, all for different gaming conventions to show off their zombie survival horror game. The video boasts that they had over 1.5 million visitors, gave over 300 live demonstrations of gameplay and received over 30 awards and nominations. All in all, it’s a pretty impressive accolade list.
The video ends by encouraging you to preorder Dying Light through the official website. Doing so will grant players access to an exclusive ‘Be The Zombie’ mode. The following is a brief description from the website:
“Pre-order Dying Light to receive the special Be The Zombie Game Mode! Be the Zombie is a PvP game mode and offers players the ability to stalk other players as a night hunter – a lethal predator with unique and deadly skills. Item will be packed with your game after launching.”
