South Park doesn’t have the best track record when it comes to video game adaptations of the popular cartoon. However, 2013 has promise for South Park fans still holding out hope. South Park: The Stick of Truth, an RPG designed by Obsidian Entertainment (Fallout: New Vegas) alongside Matt Stone and Trey Parker will release early next year, and it looks hilarious.
The most recent trailer for The Stick of Truth was revealed this weekend, and we’ve still yet to get any details on how the game will play. It appears to be an RPG that features turn based combat, alongside the spot on humor of Stone and Parker.
South Park: Stick of Truth is currently slated to arrive on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on May 14th, 2013.
