Wanna Know Why GTA V Should Be on PC?

If you ever need to know why most video games deserve PC versions, you usually only need to look as far as the communities that support them for years after the fact. The most recent and fantastic example of this "support" comes from the creators of the iCEnhancer mod for GTA IV. The mod adds many effects to the out of the box Grand Theft Auto IV experience that without the work of the PC gaming community would never see the light of day.

Any PC gamer will tell you, that you get much more mileage out of a PC version of the game for this reason. GTA V which has been rumored for months now, still is yet to be confirmed by either Take Two or Rockstar Games. We know GTA V is coming Rockstar, and if you're listening, could you do us all a favor and commit fully to making it the best game it can be on the PC.

I love my PC but for high end stuff I’d rather go console. I just mean, I don’t want to keep upgrading ram and graphics just to play new games.

PC gaming is the best of the best, if only it had PS3 exclusives it would be even better. But that’s why any true gamer needs a PS3, PC & Wii.

PC – First person shooters (better than any console except now PS Move compares) and 360 supposed exclusives. *Also I still play old ass games like space quest from the early 80′s and emulators for everything inbetween.

PS3 – blu ray, blue tooth, browser, free online, best controller IMO, best motion control (not an opinion), true/best exclusives.

Wii – Retro gaming (NES, SNES, Genesis, N64, gamecube) & family gaming (grandma/grandpa, little kids).

That’s all a person needs. Xbox games are on PC, better on PC and free online play the PC way. There really is no reason to support bunk hardware and the only platform that is pay to play. you can pretty much play any game ever made on PC, Wii & PS3 and none of it will make you pay for online play (MMO’s excluded)

I think it should be a multi platform game. PC gamers need to realise they are not the only ones anymore, there are the console gamers that cannot be screwed or cannot afford to get the right PC.

If u could download user created mods on a ps3 that’d be dope. But otherwise the fact that you can do it on PC does not mean that that should make it exclusive

Really PC gamers get the short end of the stick all the time.

First they pay the most, which is fine, PC is the best machine out there. The games that are on PC have the capability (if you have the pockets) to run each and every game at peak performance, better than any console.

The downside, it’s really expensive, it doesn’t have a lot of exclusives (no PS3 games, and missing some good one’s on 360, ok half good one’s on 360)

and not all mutli plat games are on PC. It makes the gaming part feel a little limited. Now don’t get me wrong, the experience you have on a true gaming PC at peak performance on what games they do have. Probably can’t be compared to. But they still pay $2500-$3000 + upgrades to play less games at just slightly better graphics.

The best part about a PC to me is mouse/keyboard. It’s just the best. I love PS3 controller but still, mouse/keyboard especially for FPS.

But I did find a mouse/keyboard controller for PS3. I wish I knew if it were good.

GTA V is being developed for PS3, there will be a PC port and if Xbox pays enough, they might even get GTA V as well.

Okay I’m just playing 360 is for sure getting the PS3 developed (superior) game. Too bad they don’t have to wait a year like they did last gen.

It was so fun, getting GTA 3 and Vice City at Blockbuster, seeing those Xbots whine and cry because they have the inferior machine with no GTA. HA HA, those were the days. Pitiful, ignorant bastards, too stupid to know better.

If they made it an exsclusive to PC they wouldnt make their money back on the game duh!

Thats one of the reasons why GTA IV wasnt a PS3 exsclusive.the game cost over $100 Million to make and making it a Sony exsclusive like in the past didnt make finacial sense as more people know owned Xbox 360′s.

The videogame buisness is all about money so get used to multi platform games and shuddup ya wingin! =)
