‘Don’t tell people our secrets!’: This woman always flies Breeze Airways for one reason, but now she’s actually annoyed

Being too early can be annoying as well.

Flying in the United States is not great right now. The government shutdown is probably going to end soon, but that does not mean air travel will get better right away. Experts say people should still expect to wait a long time at airports, and lots of flights are getting canceled.

But while most people are having bad experiences at airports, one TikTok user says she has mostly good things to share about one airline. In a video that has gotten over 85,000 views, TikTok user Peyton Pittman says she started flying with Breeze Airways this year. After taking several trips with them, she has noticed something unusual about when their flights take off.

According to Bro Bible, Pittman remembers her first time flying with the airline. She says they made an announcement over the intercom that everyone had already checked in and the captain was ready to go. They told passengers to come to the gate so they could leave early. She ended up getting to where she was going 45 minutes ahead of schedule. Since then, her flights with Breeze have kept leaving early.

She got spoiled by early flights

“In my first experience, they page over the intercom like, ‘Hey, everybody’s checked in, ready to go. The captain’s ready to leave. If you all want to come to the gate, we can get out of here,’” Pittman revealed “So we get to our destination, like, 45 minutes early.” She is sitting in the airport waiting because her plane has not shown up yet. This is the first time she has beaten Breeze Airways at their own game since she started using them.

She got to the airport 35 minutes early because that has become normal time for this airline in her mind. She also says that Breeze has really good customer service and prices. She describes the airline as always going beyond what she expects every single time.

If you do not know much about the airline, Breeze Airways says it offers nonstop flights between routes in the U.S. that other airlines do not fly much. They also keep their prices low. The airline started running in 2021.

There is not much proof that the airline always takes off before the scheduled time. But the airline does have good numbers for leaving on time. In October 2025, Breeze Airways left on time 87.28% of the time. To compare, Delta Air Lines was on time 83.91% of the time, and United Airlines was on time 80.91% of the time.

There are many reasons why an airline might leave on time more often, and Breeze Airways has a few things going for it. First, the airline uses newer Airbus planes, which means they do not need as many repairs.

Second, they fly to smaller airports that are not as busy, so there is less chance of getting delayed by crowded airports or other problems that happen at bigger airports. Also, a pilot recently revealed concerning truths about where passengers sit on planes, which shows how airline choices can affect what passengers go through.

People in the comments agreed with what Pittman said, and some think of the airline as a secret that not many people know about. One person wrote, “Don’t tell people our secrets! Breeze is the silent winner!” Someone else said, “DONT TELL PEOPLEEEEE.” But not everyone was completely happy.

One person asked about costs and said, “Ok so what are yall using to pack? My issue with the budget airlines is having to PAY for CARRy-ON! Breeze just came to our airport and it’s one thing to pay to choose your seat but to pay for carry on is ridiculous.”

Another person talked about their good experience and said, “Just flew breeze for the first time last month. Literally just jumped to my top airline. I’m obsessed! And their seats are awesome.”

While Breeze Airways seems to be making customers happy with how it runs on time and treats people well, other airline workers have been sharing what they know too, like a flight attendant who revealed why she would never drink coffee on a plane.
