‘Like above 6 years old’: Donald Trump’s latest speech includes a truly disturbing comment about young girls needing to be ‘of age’

Freudian slip?

President Trump recently made a truly disturbing comment about young girls needing to be “of age” during one of his trademark rambling speeches, as reported by We Got This Covered. This particular remark has certainly raised eyebrows, especially considering the current climate surrounding the president. It’s a statement that many are finding incredibly difficult to parse, leaving us wondering about its implications.

This latest comment comes at a time when President Trump has been facing intense scrutiny due to the ongoing revelations from the Epstein files. These documents have placed him and many of his associates in a very uncomfortable position, highlighting their past relationships with a notorious pedophile.

The pressure on President Trump specifically has intensified following the Department of Justice’s successful release of FBI interview transcripts. These transcripts detail allegations from a woman who claims she was violently sexually assaulted by President Trump when she was just 13 years old. While the White House has tried to dismiss her as “disturbed,” many aspects of her story have been deemed credible. You can imagine the kind of impact an experience like that would have on anyone.

Honestly, trying to make sense of these kinds of word salads can be a real challenge

During his speech, delivered in an alarming, slurred tone, President Trump began talking about voter ID laws. He listed exceptions for military personnel, those with disabilities, illnesses, or travel excuses, which he described as “best of Trump” additions. He then veered into a truly baffling tangent.

“We should also add on to this bill… and so what I’ve asked Mike to do is to draw a new one with these few things added and… and let’s go for the gold. Let’s not just get one like voter ID, but you know… it can be given to you by your daughter. You know, your daughter. She has to be… of… of age. Like, above six years old, she’s allowed to say.”

This particular comment about a daughter needing to be “of age,” specifically “above six years old,” is genuinely perplexing. What exactly does he mean by a prepubescent girl being “of age” in the context of voter ID? The connection simply isn’t there, and the phrasing is deeply unsettling.

The timing and nature of this comment are especially concerning given the context of the Epstein files and the serious allegations against him. It leaves you wondering what on Earth he could possibly mean by “of age” in this context. For many, such a bizarre pronouncement might even lead his allies to hope for a medical explanation to Trump’s cognitive abilities, as the alternative suggests a far more troubling reality than we might have already imagined.
