Steam is no stranger to the “Free Weekend”, an event that allows PC players to temporarily access games they don’t own free of charge. Tomorrow kicks off another Free Weekend, but this one is unlike any that have come before it. Beginning at 10 AM PST tomorrow, October 16th, 10 titles will be free to play until 10 AM PST on Sunday, October 19th. The list is comprised of many highly regarded titles spanning a wide variety of genres, ensuring there’s something for everyone whether you want to play a co-op shooter or a tactical RTS.

Here is the full list of games to which you will be granted access:

  • Awesomenauts
  • Blade Symphony
  • Company of Heroes 2
  • Don’t Starve
  • Grid 2
  • Injustice: Gods Among Us
  • Killing Floor
  • Payday 2
  • Trine 2
  • XCOM: Enemy Unknown

As usual, all games contained within the Free Weekend will be receiving deep discounts, although the exact amount is currently unknown. So if you find yourself particularly fond of one of the above games, you’ll be able to add it to your library permanently at well below its full retail price.

In case you’re new to the program, and not currently one of Steam’s 75 million active users, you don’t need anything except a free account and the client to enjoy these limited-time freebies.
