Key developers for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt truly feel the game is epic and that fans have not seen everything yet.

DualShockers managed to interview Senior Game Designer Damien Monnier and Localization Manager Alexandre Boiret. Both of them promise fans will not be disappointed about The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s epic scale.

When asked about the battles of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, they said that they have “epic, jaw dropping and huge set-pieces“. They said there is a war that is happening in the background, but they don’t want to share too many details on it yet. The devs also said the word “epic” is used too many times, but they feel their game truly is everything that word stands for.

Both Monnier and Boiret also say that fans have not seen everything that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has to offer just yet. They said the trailers and gameplay you’ve seen so far is “not even the tip of the iceberg“. This is pretty much the opposite of movie trailers these days…

They concluded the interview by saying fans will always discover new things while playing The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Even as devs themselves, they have not explored everything that the game has to offer. The game is “too big” for you to discover everything in one sitting.
