Japanese Gravity Rush 2 Release Date To Be Revealed Later This Month

Sony will soon be announcing the Japanese release date for Gravity Rush 2 on the PS4. There is a good chance the game should be out later this year.

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan announced on the PlayStation Blog that the release date for the game will be announced on July 19th. Bear in mind this is the Japanese release date so it will be different for us living in Western countries.

This special event will be held in Japan and is going to be attended by series director Keiichiro Toyama and the composer Kohei Tanaka. Aside from the release date, other details about Gravity Rush 2 will be shared at the event.

If you are lucky enough to attend, you will be treated to a mini-concert as well as a chance to play the game for the very first time. You can also go home with special Gravity Rush 2 branded candy called “Gravity Drops”.

The game is expected to come out later this year exclusively for the PS4. There’s a chance that the Japanese release date is in 2016 while the Western release is in 2017. We’ll let you know once Sony announces official details on it.
