Woman suing Miley Cyrus’s parents claims she’s the singer’s biological mom, her story involves celebrities you wouldn’t expect

These allegations are absolutely wild.

The woman who says she is Miley Cyrus’s real mother is now speaking out, even though a court already dismissed her lawsuit. Jaymee Lee, who is 45 years old, previously sued Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus for fraud, breach of contract, and interfering with her parental rights. She claimed she was Miley’s biological mom, but Billy Ray has called these claims “absurd.”

According to Page Six, Lee shared her story with the press about the allegations she made in the lawsuit. She said she grew up in Ruidoso, New Mexico, where she was sex trafficked by a local gang connected to a cartel when she was very young. Lee claimed she got pregnant at age 12 because of the trafficking.

While pregnant, Lee said she tried to run away several times, including going to her grandparents’ house in Jamul, California. She wanted to protect her baby “at all costs.” “I specifically picked the name Miley as soon as I realized I was pregnant because of all the miles I had traveled [while being trafficked]. I wanted a name that was one of a kind that could be linked back to me, specifically,” she claimed. However, Miley’s actual birth name is Destiny Hope.

Her story involves several major celebrities

Before allegedly connecting with the Cyrus family, Lee claims she asked several famous people to adopt her unborn baby. She reportedly reached out to Julia Roberts, who had a ranch in New Mexico at the time. Lee also allegedly contacted Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne because of their connections to the state, and even Hillary Clinton, who was campaigning in the area. Lee said all the celebrities were kind to her, but none agreed to adopt the baby.

Lee then claimed she turned to Dolly Parton, who is now Miley’s godmother. She said Parton connected her to Billy Ray Cyrus, who wanted to adopt a baby. In her dismissed lawsuit, Lee claimed she and Billy Ray agreed to an open adoption where she could be the child’s nanny and piano teacher.

However, Lee alleged that Billy Ray ignored their agreement after the adoption and stopped her from seeing Miley. Like other celebrities facing public criticism, the Oasis singer’s recent confrontation shows how stars handle uncomfortable situations.

When she decided to sue the Cyruses, Lee claims she asked the Kardashian family for help finding a lawyer. She allegedly met them because they owned property next to her grandparents in Jamul. However, there is no record that the Kardashians ever owned property there. Celebrity interactions often make headlines, much like what a former prime minister said about Trudeau’s partner at a recent event.

Lee said she only recently remembered her trauma after moving back to Ruidoso triggered flashbacks. She checked herself into an Arizona mental health facility in 2016 and was diagnosed with PTSD. A doctor told her the brain can block out severe trauma, which is how she allegedly remembered being raped and having a baby.

After allegedly remembering, Lee claims she reached out to Miley through lawyers but got no response. She also tried to report the trafficking to police but claims nobody took it seriously. Lee admits her story “does seem weird” but insists “the truth is crazy sometimes.”

Despite a court already denying her request for a DNA test, Lee plans to file a new case in Malibu, California, where Miley lives, to seek a DNA test. Billy Ray was recently awarded $7,564.13 in legal fees, which Lee was ordered to pay last week.
