In Sea of Thieves it can be hard to tell where you’re heading sometimes.  This is especially true if you’re manning a small sloop by yourself.  If you’re afraid of getting lost you could be running downstairs to look at the map table if you don’t know this quick secret in the game.

You can glance at the map while steering Sea of Thieves on the Small Sloop ship by simply looking over the edge, directly behind where you drop the anchor.  This method is good enough to make sure you’re heading towards your target, and will save you a trip if you’re the type of player who’s currently checking to see if they’re still on course.
