When it comes to gaming, there’s few things as precious as your save file. This little pile of 1’s and 0’s contains all of your hard fought progress over the many hours poured into the game. And for something like Daemon X Machina, that can mean dozens or even hundreds of hours fine tuning your rig and improving your character. The game features an auto-save function, but nobody trusts those fully. So here’s how to save in Daemon X Machina for Nintendo Switch.
There’s actually only one way currently outside of the auto-save, which will be triggered by any major event. While back at your base you can head to the central terminal where you accept missions. At the menu here there’s a System option. Choose this and you can manually save or load whatever you want. This is a sort of backup to the auto-save, which is the main way you will save and load your game in Daemon X Machina. By creating this separate save file you can insure that you won’t lose too much progress, if you are unlucky and lose your save file.
That’s the basics for how to save in Daemon X Machina. Really you should be able to trust the auto-save feature, which will pop on screen whenever it initiates. Still, it’s nice to have a backup option in case things go horribly wrong.
