It’s inevitable that you’ll eventually take some damage from enemies during your playthrough of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3, with there being plenty of baddies trying to end your life. Sticking to the Sniper playstyle rather than utilizing the Warrior playstyle may save you some pain, but no matter how far away you are the enemies always seem to get you one way or the other. This guide will show you how to fix yourself up in those situations.

The game’s health system features 3 separate “chunks” of health that will slowly deplete as you take damage, which you’ll need to recover via healing items. Your health won’t automatically heal outside of the final chunk, so it’s up to you to be well stocked on healing items for each upcoming enemy encounter. Med-kits will heal you the most (3 chunks), followed by pills (2 chunks) and then adrenaline packs (one chunk). As long as you have at least one of the aforementioned items, you’ll be able save yourself in dire circumstances.

When it comes to the actual process of healing, all you have to do is hold left on the d-pad to bring up the healing item menu. This will allow you to select the healing item you want with the right stick, letting you pick the right item for the situation at hand. If you’re only hurting a little then you’ll want to go for the adrenaline packs, with pills and med-kits being reserved for when you’ve taken more substantial damage.

While you’ll be able to find healing items during missions, you can also purchase them at any of the game’s safe houses. All you have to do is go up to the weapon cache and scroll to the healing item section that’s right under the knife, and you’ll be able to purchase them. Adrenaline packs cost $225, pills cost $450 and med-kits costing $700. You can also craft them at the workbench, though you’ll need to have enough resources from scavenging out in the wild.
