Since the title was released in 2012, users had to pay to download the app on their smartphones or tablets. However, starting today everyone will be able to get this classic game for free, although the new version will feature ads and in-app purchases. If you had previously payed for the game, don’t worry: You will be able to enjoy it in full without dealing with any advertising.
Crazy Taxi Classic is a mobile version of the iconic title from Dreamcast, which at the time was considered one of the most popular games in the console thanks to its advanced graphics and addictive gameplay. Players had to drive a taxi car around the city picking up customers and follow their directions to earn money. After Dreamcast’s demise, the game was ported to other many platforms.
This mobile version features updated graphics and compatibility with touch and tilt controls. A new update has also made it compatible with Bluetooth controllers, which makes it a very interesting option if you want to relieve your teenage years with it.
