Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker arrives on PS Vita

Metal Gear fans can now play Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker on the PS Vita. The fantastic PSP title can now be downloaded from the PlayStation Store and played on the PS Vita. Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker puts players into the shoes of Big Boss and offers up wholly different gameplay than any Metal Gear game before it.

While single player will allow you to recruit soldiers and construct your own Mother Base, the multiplayer options in Peacewalker are what stole many critics hearts in 2010. Players can play four player co-op and six player competitive matches .

Peacewalker is now listed for the PS Vita on the PlayStation Store. Konami notes on the PlayStation Blog that transfarring features for Peacewalker are not available on the PS Vita.
