Minecraft Mash-up Packs available now on Xbox Live

The first Minecraft Mash-up Pack has arrived on the Xbox Live Marketplace. It will continue to roll-out worldwide over the course of the day, according to 4J Studios. The new packs are free to try, but you’ll need to purchase if you want to save any creations that you’ve made with it.

You can find the Minecraft Mash-up packs on the Xbox Live Marketplace, if available in your region. You can also access the Mash-up pack content by going to the Minecraft Store. Located in the game client for Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition, just fire up the game and navigate to the store, and then to the mash-up pack option.

The first pack is Mass Effect 3 themed. It was revealed earlier this week in a short video, which can be found below. This is likely the first of many mash-up packs for Minecraft that bring different themed experiences to the block building title.
