Sony has finally announced a concrete date for the PlayStation Plus program to include its “Instant Game Collection” with the PS Vita.  Announced all the way back at E3 2012, the new feature in the program will launch on November 19th with a bunch of free games for Plus Subscribers that own a PS Vita.

Sony is definitely putting their best foot forward with this new initiative, offering up some of the best rated games on the device.  Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Wipeout 2048, and Gravity Rush headline a six game lineup on the 19th.   The Vita will also be getting a firmware update alongside the new Plus features.

Firmware update 2.0 will also feature a bunch of new requested features for the device, which you can see in the video below.
