Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire may be remakes of the GBA games, but that doesn’t mean they won’t contain a ton of new content for returning players to enjoy. Nintendo has been teasing out information related to these new elements, and today they threw the gates open with a new video showcasing some of the biggest. First up is the new Delta Episode, which will add in story elements that weren’t featured in the original games. Along with this comes the ability to catch a bunch of legendary Pokemon using special areas of the game.

Prepare to embark on an incredible journey! In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, a new story unfolds involving the Hoenn region—the Delta Episode!

Delta Episode is a totally new story being added to Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire. It will feature new characters and huge battles taking place high above the Earth. The story centers around a massive threat to the Hoenn region, which the player will have to defeat using his Pokemon, of course. How long the story will be, and how much content it will add to the games isn’t totally revealed, but it looks like an interesting addition that returning and new players will love.

On top of this are the a ton of legendary Pokemon that players can get within the game. In case you aren’t aware, legendary Pokemon are highly sought after due to their rarity. They cannot be bred, so you can only obtain one by catching it in game, or earning it via a special event, such as the Celebi event for Pokemon X & Y. Using something called “Mirage Spots” players will be able to catch a ton of legendary Pokemon in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire. Check out the video above to see them all. Nintendo even confirmed that through playing Pokemon X, Y, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire players could end up with every legendary Pokemon available.
