Pokemon Go may be all the rage right now, but the series is set to offer the more traditional Pokemon Sun and Moon later this year exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS. We’ve been getting information here and there lately and the latest is not only two new Pokemon, but an Amazon exclusive steelbook dual pack for the two.
As revealed through its listing on Amazon, a Pokemon Sun and Moon steelbook dual pack is going to be coming alongside the game’s release. This dual pack includes both Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon in one package, for a premium cost of $89.99, which essentially means you are paying $10 for the steelbook itself.
In addition to this news, Coro Coro magazine in Japan also revealed two brand new Pokemon that will be in the game, named Kiteruguma and Mimicyu, though obviously those names could very likely change in the Western releases.
According to Serebii, Kiteruguma is a Normal/Fighting type with the abilities Fluffy and Klutz, while Mimicyu is a Ghost/Fairy type with the ability False Colors.
We do not have any official pictures of these two yet, but Kiteruguma looks like a big black and pink bear, which is said to be a feared creature in the Alola region. Mimicyu is incredibly interesting, as we don’t know what it truly looks like, because it’s covered by a sheet of some sort that’s based on old Pikachu merchandise of some sort.
