One of the best collections in gaming history. That’s what we thought of Rare Replay, the Xbox One exclusive that totes 30 classic Rare titles, from Kameo to Banjo Kazooie.

A positive critical reception has been seemingly matched by fans, certainly in the UK at least. According to Chart Track, Rare Replay, which only released on Tuesday, entered in the number one spot, beating out Lego: Jurassic World and Batman: Arkham Knight.

In doing so, it becomes the first Xbox One exclusive to achieve the number one spot in the UK, as well as being the first Rare developed game to do so since the release of Banjo Kazooie all the way back in 1998. Mainstays Grand Theft Auto V and FIFA 15 also make up the top ten, with Rory McIlroy PGA Tour suffering one of the biggest drops, seeing a sales decline of 42% week on week.

Rare Replay marks the first of a steady stream of Xbox One exclusives for the remainder of the year, continuing with Gears of War: Ultimate Edition later in the month.
