Currently the highly anticipated shooter Star Wars Battlefront is working its way through its closed Alpha testing session. Users across the US have had a small taste of what EA and DICE’s latest has to offer, and occasionally they share it with the community. Today one such user, via AGB, has let loose a slew of Star Wars Battlefront screenshots, running at the top settings on his PC. They look pretty great, so check out our favorites on the next page and click here to see them at full resolution.
The images were taken at 4K resolution, which is well above the usual 1080p, and even higher than the 900p the game was running at on PS4 at E3 2015. Along with this are higher graphical settings, allowing for higher resolution textures, better lighting, and more robust particle effects. While the game already looked fantastic on consoles, this takes things to a whole other level.
Of course, most machines won’t be able to run the game at its highest graphical settings, instead opting for 1080p, and toned down settings. Those with a beefy enough PC should have a great time though, and even those without a Titan X, or whatever this user had, should be able to get some great looking visuals out of the game.
Star Wars Battlefront hits PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 17th.
