Both of Bethesda’s big announcements for E3 2017 were leaked ahead of schedule. Â Wolfenstein 2 was the first surprise and now The Evil Within 2 is another of the rumors that popped up ahead of the conference.
The Evil Within 2 stars Sebastian Castellanos, who is given the chance to save his daughter. Â Doing so plunges you into a nightmarish town where you’ll face horrors at every turn. Â Giving you multiple ways to play, The Evil Within 2 allows you to face the challenges of the game with weapons and or traps or sneak through the game to survive. Â Bethesda is calling the game a redemption story.
Shinji Mikami is on board for the sequel, so you can expect the game to offer a psychological horror experience.
The Evil Within 2 launches on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on Friday October 13th.
