According to TMZ, Trump spoke to reporters at Palm Beach International Airport. He was asked about the criticism Tucker Carlson got for interviewing Fuentes. That’s when Trump started talking about the old dinner and explained how Fuentes ended up at his property in the first place.

Trump had a strange moment where he kept saying “somebody” brought Fuentes to the dinner. He didn’t want to say the name at first, but then he finally admitted it was Kanye West, who also goes by Ye. The way Trump tells it, Fuentes just appeared without any warning. By blaming Kanye for bringing Fuentes along, Trump is trying to show that it wasn’t his fault. This is not the first time Trump has put distance between himself and people who cause controversy after things blow up in public.

Trump made these comments right after defending Tucker Carlson. He told reporters that Carlson should be free to interview anyone he wants.
