Borderlands : The Pre-Sequel is arguably one of the most anticipated games of 2014, even though current gen consoles are not getting any love from Gearbox with it… yet. We have seen the start of a trend of developers stating that they will never port their game, only to cave under the weight from the fans (Ryse, GTA V). I mean, it’s a good way to make money, right?
In any case, that leaves me doubtful that Gearbox won’t want to cash in on a next gen upgrade for their upcoming Borderlands game. Expect it to be announced next year sometime, or around the holidays.
For now – if you are as excited as I am about Borderlands : The Pre- Sequel, Gearbox have their own Youtube channel where they are trickling out the release of a documentary on the making of the game.
