New Super Mario Bros 2 stays true to form

by William Schwartz on August 20, 2012

Bowser has once again kidnapped Princess Peach, and it’s a story-line that Super Mario fans have played through time and time again.  New Super Mario Bros. 2 has finally arrived on the Nintendo 3DS and this iteration of the game is getting great reviews from the critics.

The umpteenth version of Super Mario Bros tasks players with gathering as many coins as possible throughout its single player campaign and online multiplayer modes.  As it turns out, greed is very good and the new gameplay features have resonated well with critics.

New Super Mario Bros 2 is available now on the Nintendo 3DS through traditional retail outlets and via download in the Nintendo eShop.

This is a perfect game for toilet play.

    (1) Why the fk don’t Nintendo release the first New Super Mario Bro’s on Wii (New Super Mario Bro’s Wii is different than New Super Mario Bro’s).

    (2) Why the fk didn’t Nintendo release more than 1 good “real” Mario game for “their” best selling console of all time?

    (3) Why the fk didn’t Nintendo put this new Mario game on the Wii as well?

    (4) Mario 2 was great and it didn’t have the same story line as this. I LMAO at how helpless the princess was (sounded) in New Super Mario Bros Wii and my wife would have liked to be able to play as the princess.
