Quantic Dream’s Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls will now be released for the PS4.
After Sony’s epic E3 2015 presentation, they announced on the PlayStation Blog that Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls will be released on PS4 for the first time.
They didn’t announce too many details, but Sony noted both Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls will have “new features” on PS4. It’s likely both games will now be in 1080p and have the extra DLC.
Both Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls didn’t have a lot of DLC, but I do remember both having at least one extra chapter. The games also had motion control support too.
Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls will be released on PS4 as standalone digital titles. Alternatively, you can get both games via retail or digital too. Only retail doesn’t have the games as a standalone product.
It sounds like Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls on PS4 will be out later this year. Sony just noted you should know more details soon. Both games I have played and are great in my opinion.
Heavy Rain however is the better of the two. It is still my favorite PS3 game of all time.
