PlayStation 3: Sony shows off 3D gaming

Recommended Videos

Sony is pushing their new 3D line of Bravia televisions hard.  On display in a cafe in Tokyo, 1up reported that the media giant had 3d technology on display via “augmented” consoles.

The long awaited Gran Turismo 5 showed it’s face to the public alongside other game and film trailers.  Said not to have looked any better of worse than their 2-D counterparts Sony displayed other trailers in 3D for Killzone 2, Wipeout HD, and Motorstorm 3.

It’s been rumored that multiple Gran Turismo delays were due in part to incorporating both Move and 3-D tech into the game, and now this has all but been confirmed.
