Uncharted 3 is predicted to be the biggest game of 2011 according to a retailer based in the UK.  Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is in going up against some stiff competition, Gears of War 3, Killzone 3, Battlefield 3, the clash of the 3’s?  The retailer claims that the game rocketed to the top ten of it’s sales within the first 24 hours of allowing customers to pre-order the title.  And the pre-orders just keep on coming, eventhough the game is still almost a year from release.  Phillip Driver, the marketing manager of the store, says claims that it is already outselling Gears of War 3 .

A search for the fabled “Atlantis of the Sands” propels fortune hunter Nathan Drake on a trek into the heart of the Arabian Desert. When the terrible secrets of this lost city are unearthed, Drake’s quest descends into a desperate bid for survival that strains the limits of his endurance and forces him to confront his deepest fears. Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception is scheduled for release on 11.1.11 exclusively for the PlayStation 3.
