The first in-game footage of Call of Duty: Ghosts has hit the web ahead of schedule. A leaked video whose source is unknown at this point, popped up on numerous social media outlets ahead of the Xbox reveal.
The commercial shows off the first gameplay for Call of Duty: Ghosts, but it may also out Microsoft’s new console name. “Xbox” is the branding used at the tail end of the trailer, so it looks like Microsoft is getting back to basics with the new console.
As for the Call of Duty footage, it certainly has a next-gen look to it. We’ll have to wait and see if this is infact the footage that will be shown at the Xbox reveal , which is due to start in just minutes.
Update: Leaked video has been replaced with official video from Activision, and Microsoft has revealed the new Xbox as “Xbox One”.
