Mortal Kombat X looks to be next years definitive fighting game for current and next-gen consoles. Every time a new character is announced fans get excited. This time, it is time to get excited for the notoriously ill mannered, Kano.
In Mortal Kombat X, Kano is a bit older and resembles his movie counterpart from the 90’s Mortal Kombat movies. Kano, just like other fighters in Mortal Kombat X will come in three variants which change his tactics and each has a variety of different moves. His variants are Cybernetic that gives him a long range advantage with eye laser and grenades, Cutthroat which has him have enhanced knife skills, and finally there is the Commando variation that allows him to have harder hitting grapple moves and allows him to counter attacks with ease.
The trailer has Ed Boon, the Creative Director at NetherRealm Studios talk us through Kano and his variants as well as having him square off against newcomer, D’Vorah. You will also be able to see various levels and the character select screen showing off all the announced characters thus far. Check it out below.
Mortal Kombat X is set to release on Xbox One, Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC in 2015.
