The free week trial for the PlayStation Now service is now available for gamers to try out.
If you frowned upon PlayStation Now’s prices, Sony is now convincing people to try it out with this free trial. The free trial is only available on PS4, and lasts for seven days.
Bear in mind in order to access the PlayStation Now free trial, you still need to submit your credit card details for activation. You won’t be charged for the free week, but remember to tell Sony after the free week is over to stop access to PlayStation Now if you don’t feel like becoming a paid member.
It’s worth mentioning the free trial for PlayStation Now is not available if you are already a subscriber to the service. It’s only accessible to new members.
Another thing to remember is that the PlayStation Now service is only available for people living in the US and Canada. This includes the free trial as well. Sony is sure to expand the service to other parts of the world in the near future.
One last thing about PlayStation Now is that only PS3 games are on there. Sony won’t be adding any PS2 and PSOne games just yet.
