Fire Emblem Echoes: Â Shadows of Valentia will arrive shortly on May 19th for the Nintendo 3DS and will apparently launch with day one dlc, despite Nintendo claiming that the game is filled to th ebrim with content.
The DLC, five packs in all, will add maps, dungeons, characters, and items to the base game.
Starting on May 19th, the launch day for the game players can purchase the Season Pass for the game. Â This includes 22 pieces of content and all five of the DLC packs. Â Purchasing the Season Pass for Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia is said to offer a savings of 30% over purchasing separately.
On release day though, the first DLC, the Fledgling Warriors Pack will arrive and it will be geared towards early to mid-game players. Â It includes a new dungeon, and two new maps.
The DLC will be coming in fast for this game.  On the 25th, two new packs  (Undaunted Heroes & Lost Altars) will arrive that both offer new dungeons, and more challenging content for players who’ve played enough of the game to handle it.
Then on June 1st, the fourth DLC (Rise of Deliverance) will arrive which includes four pieces of content. Â A prologue with new story content, new maps, new conversations and voice acting, alongside playable characters that aren’t available in the main game.
Per Nintendo’s announcement, the details of the fifth DLC are forthcoming.  Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia free DLC will also be released for the game after launch for a limited time, starting on May 19. The first free content is a special gift from Goddess Mila and can be obtained when playing the game.
