Electronic Arts didn’t have much to say about the Nintendo Switch during their EA Play event ahead of E3 2017, but during the show they did send out specific details about the Switch version of the soccer title.
The Nintendo Switch version of FIFA 18 will be nearly full featured according to Electronic Arts, with just about every aspect of other versions aside from The Journey mode.
The Switch version of FIFA 18 will feature Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Local Seasons. Â Within the Ultimate Team mode, the game will feature Squad Building Challenges, Online and Offline Seasons, Tournaments, and Drafts.
FIFA 18 for Switch will be able to played in docked, handheld, or tabletop mode. Â When it comes to control schemes, the game can be played on the handheld, with dual Joy-cons, or a single Joy-con or Pro Controller. Â FIFA 18 will feature 1080p resolution in docked mode. Â When in handheld it will run at 720p.
