One of the biggest appeals to Cult of the Lamb is unlocking all of the follower forms. Every time a new member joins your cult, you are able to customize their name, color, shape, and form. Here is how to unlock every follower form in Cult of the Lamb.

All Follower Forms in Cult of the Lamb

The easiest way to unlock follower forms in Cult of the Lamb is to rescue people on Crusades. While you are choosing which path to take through the Crusade, look for the icon with the praying person. There will be a new soon-to-be-follower to rescue, and it will always be in a new form.

The follower forms for each region can be found by rescuing people on Crusades or they can be purchased at the corresponding overworld location that becomes unlocked after meeting a certain NPC in that Cursed Land. Simply travel to the new overworld location and purchase the follower forms you are missing. They cost 20 coins each and you won’t be able to pick which one you unlock.

How to Unlock All Follower Forms in Cult of the Lamb

The follower forms specific to the Cursed Lands is simple enough, but unlocking all of the general follower forms in Cult of the Lamb can be tricky. Some of the harder follower forms to track down are the Axolotl follower form which is acquired through repairing the Lighthouse, the Crab follower form which is acquired through catching the crab scuttling around on the docks of Smuggler’s Sanctuary, and the Snail follower form which is acquired through collecting snail shells in Crusades and worshipping the four snail statues that are found in the overworld locations.

You will also find follower forms behind things in the foreground, like the Starfish follower form behind the pile of gold at the back of the room on the left at Midas’s Cave. By scanning for every detail in each place, you’ll be able to unlock every following form in Cult of the Lamb.
