How Does Wordle Work?

Wordle is an online word-guessing game where players must enter words to get clues back as to what letters belong in the word of the day. If you get a green box around your letter, it means that the letter is in the word and it is in the correct place within the word. If you get a yellow box around your letter, it means that the letter is in the word but not in the right spot. Try different words with that letter in a different position until you get a green box around it. And if you get a gray box around your letter, it means that not only is the letter not in the right spot, but the letter is nowhere to be found within the word whatsoever.

A good strategy to use is to use up all your vowels by the second word. Look up some good words that are filled with vowels for an opportunity to get them out of the way fast.
