Remnant: From the Ashes How to Get Scrap

Scrap is a key component in Remnant: From the Ashes.  You’ll need scrap to purchase weapons and items, make upgrades to your weapons and armor.  So where do get scrap?  Scrap pieces will be found all over the world of Remnant: From the Ashes.  Enemies that you kill and chests that you loot will have scrap in them.  Sometimes scrap pieces will also be found in out of the way places or through breaking boxes or environmental objects.

Simply put, if you want to find scrap in Remnant, you’ll need to kill enemies and do a little bit of exploring.  The map is situation as such that there are plenty of nooks and crannies where treasure chests and items will be found.  Do some exploring to find big chunks of scrap in treasure chests and always pick up the scrap that enemies drop when you kill.

Before long you’ll have plenty of scrap to use in Ward 13 to make the necessary upgrades and purchases for your character.

Where you can use scrap

Scrap is mostly going to be used in Ward 13 and its vendors, but it’s not the only place to use it.  There are also NPCs scattered throughout the worlds of Remnant and they deal in Scrap as well.  So long as you have the necessary scrap you can purchase the items or upgrades that you want.
