Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 Guide: How Long To Beat & How Many Missions There Are

Things have gotten a lot bigger for the Sniper Ghost Warrior series, with the third installment in the series adopting an open world setting. As a result, it stands to reason that fans of the series can expect to spend more time in the game than usual. This guide will give you an idea of what to expect when taking the game on for the first time.

First of all, the game features 26 main missions that are split up between 4 acts, with each one containing a similar amount of missions to complete. There are also 16 side quests for you to hunt down if you so desire, which can go a long way in giving this game some extra length for those looking for it. Most missions follow a similar structure, with you needing to go to an area heavily guarded by enemies and figure out how to get through unscathed.

Now, how long it actually takes to complete all of these missions will depend on things like player skill and the difficulty level you choose. Some missions can be completed in under 10 minutes, though others can get closer to the hour mark. Playing on the easiest difficulty should stop you from spending too long on any particular mission, as enemies go down fairly easily and you don’t have to worry as much about wind impacting sniper shots.

Another factor to take note of is the playstyle that you decide to go with, as there’s slower stealth gameplay with Sniper and Ghost playstyles and all-out action with the Warrior playstyle. Those planning to use the Sniper and Ghost playstyles can expect things to take considerably longer as they need to be patient and wait for the perfect opportunities to strike. However, Warriors can just go in guns-blazing and will get through much quicker, as a result.

Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 won’t be the longest game you’ve ever played, but those who take their time and seek out all additional content should expect anywhere between 30 and 40 hours of gameplay.
